ADN DIFERENTE S.A DE C.V., with address in Colonia Montecristo, 12th Street between 5th and 9th, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, recognizes the importance of the legitimate, controlled and informed treatment of the personal data of the Owner and, in particular, ADN DIFERENTE S.A DE C.V., is the legal entity that represents the trademark Endor, which collects and stores the personal data that you, as the Data Subject, voluntarily provide herein so that: (i) you are able to enter into a contract with the Data Controller and in order to comply with all the obligations arising therefrom, (ii) process your registration as a supplier or client, modify or unblock it, (iii) make quotes or request invoices, (iv) keep track of contracts, (v) approve the registration, modification, extension, unblocking and change to payment terms, (vi) prepare and review contracts. The personal data we obtain will be treated confidentially by the Data Controller, and (vii) receive information and content via email of interest to you, such as articles, videos, newsletters, etc., if the Data Subject has requested it.
The data collected in this act will remain in the Controller’s possession for the entire duration of the commercial relationship with you as a Supplier or Client of the Controller and for up to 5 years following its termination for any reason. Once this period has concluded, your data will be blocked and deleted, without the Controller retaining a copy or record of it. During this time, you can request the Controller to do so by sending an email to Contacto@grupoendor.com to have Access and/or Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the treatment given to them, through a request regarding which the Controller is obliged to respond in the terms of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“Law”). The Controller will respond to your requests, provided that none of the exceptions contained in the Law are updated, and the applicant complies with the requirements contained in article 29 of the Law, which are described below:
For the aforementioned purposes, you acknowledge that by accepting the terms of this privacy notice and providing all or part of the data collected from you, (i) you provide it voluntarily, (ii) the data required from you may include personal financial and/or property data, (iii) the Controller may collect your personal data in different ways and use said data in accordance with what is established here, including, among others, for the purposes of creating a database for the Controller or transferring all or part of the data to subsidiaries, affiliates, controlling companies and companies that are part of the group, as well as to third parties that the Controller deems appropriate, provided that it does not harm you in any way as the owner of the data and always within what is permitted by law, as well as its regulations and other applicable provisions. Likewise, you authorize the Controller to transfer your personal information to third parties under the terms established by law and its regulations.
